# Recommanded Settings

## Intro

<mark style="color:violet;">**Every player has their own preferences when it comes to settings, keybinds, and sensitivity.**</mark>

That said, we've put together a selection of optimized settings and keybinds designed to maximize your FPS and enhance your overall gameplay experience with a logical, consistent, and efficient configuration.

## Recommanded settings

<mark style="background-color:$info;">**Screen Shake:**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\ <mark style="color:violet;">Removes camera shake caused by explosions</mark> ( akarius/ogris) and certain abilities. This improves visual comfort and helps you stay more accurate, especially against Demolishers.

***

<mark style="background-color:$info;">**Fire Manual Trigger Weapons Continuously :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;background-color:$info;">**Enabled**</mark>

Allows you to hold down the fire button for semi-automatic weapons instead of repeatedly clicking. This is more comfortable, reduces finger fatigue, and helps prevent mistimed shots.

***

<mark style="background-color:$info;">**Field of View (FOV) :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;background-color:$info;">**90**</mark>\
**A high FOV** lets you see more of your surroundings. It makes it easier to spot enemies, keys, and **Demolishers**

***

* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Motion Blur :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\
  Removes motion blur during fast movement. The image stays sharp, making it easier to track enemies and improving <mark style="color:violet;">overall visual clarity</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Depth of Field :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\
  This prevents certain parts of the screen from becoming blurry. Everything remains <mark style="color:violet;">sharp and clear</mark>

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/z7YGIANj2kxtpVheohvs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

***

* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Bloom :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\ <mark style="color:violet;">Reduces excessive lighting effects</mark>. Some weapons and abilities produce a very strong light; disabling Bloom makes the screen much more readable and clearer.
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Weapon Elemental FX :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\ <mark style="color:violet;">Reduces the visual effects</mark> on weapons.

***

* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Lock Map Rotation :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;background-color:$info;">**Disabled**</mark>\ <mark style="color:violet;">**The minimap rotates with your character**</mark>, making it easier to orient yourself in tilesets when moving quickly
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Prefer Overlay Map :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;background-color:$info;">**Enabled**</mark> \ <mark style="color:violet;">Activates the large transparent map</mark>, making it much easier to track the positions of keys, conduits, allies, and Demolishers

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/FrlvV4csAQtm9WlYAs0q" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

***

* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Enemy Highlights :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;background-color:$info;">**Enabled**</mark> \ <mark style="color:violet;">**Enables a glowing outline around enemies**</mark>, making them much easier to spot, even in dark areas or when the screen is filled with visual effects.
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Enemy Highlight Color**</mark>**&#x20;:** **You can choose a different&#x20;**<mark style="color:violet;">**color based on your preference**</mark>, but it’s best to pick one that <mark style="color:violet;">clearly stands out from the environment</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Enemy Highlight Intensity :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;background-color:$info;">**50**</mark>\ <mark style="color:violet;">**A medium intensity is a good compromise**</mark>**:** the outline stays clearly visible without becoming too distracting or obscuring enemy details.

***

* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Visual Effects Intensity : 10**</mark>\
  **Lowering visual effects intensity** helps <mark style="color:violet;">reduce particle explosions, bright flashes, and overly intrusive animations.</mark> Since many Warframes and weapons generate a large number of effects simultaneously, this setting significantly improves screen readability
* <mark style="background-color:$info;">**Reduce Teammate Visual Effects :**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;background-color:$info;">**Enabled**</mark> \ <mark style="color:violet;">**This setting is essential, especially in team play**</mark>**.** It reduces the visual effects produced by your teammates’ abilities and weapons.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/2lpDRtF5gj8wzolxodM6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

***

<mark style="background-color:$info;">**Energy Color : Black**</mark>\
**Using a black energy color** <mark style="color:violet;">significantly reduces the visual intensity of many weapons and Warframes</mark>. Explosions, particles, and abilities become less overwhelming, improving overall screen readability

<mark style="color:violet;background-color:$info;">**Inverting Vauban’s controls**</mark> allows you to instantly deploy buff pads without needing to hold the ability key.

## Recommended Binds

* <mark style="color:violet;">**Binding jump to the mouse wheel**</mark> <mark style="color:violet;"></mark><mark style="color:violet;">can be more comfortable</mark> for some players when using the [Mexian](/disruption-guide/documentation/basics/advanced-movements.md#mexian-furax), and it’s also very convenient for quickly performing Vazarin dash

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/TsKJc5EWq60hEatHagyW" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* It’s recommended to assign a <mark style="color:violet;">separate bind</mark> for <mark style="color:violet;">**roll**</mark>, instead of using the combined “sprint/dodge” input. This can help with smoother [Mexian](/disruption-guide/documentation/basics/advanced-movements.md#mexian-furax) usage and simply make [key pickups](/disruption-guide/documentation/basics/advanced-movements.md#roll-cancel-slide) and general movement more comfortable.
