## Parkour Velocity

In Disruption, it is <mark style="color:violet;">important</mark> to equip your Warframe with <mark style="color:violet;">yellow Parkour Velocity shards</mark>.\
\
Indeed, Parkour Velocity allows you to move <mark style="color:violet;">extremely fast</mark> across any mission or map. \
Being <mark style="color:violet;">precise</mark> and quick in your movements is essential to significantly <mark style="color:violet;">reduce round times</mark>. \
\
Below, you will find an example of what can be achieved in terms of <mark style="color:violet;">speedrunning</mark>, but note that this level of movement is accessible to <mark style="color:violet;">everyone</mark>!

## Basics Movement

{% hint style="info" %}
Whether you're a beginner or a veteran, this section is made for everyone.
{% endhint %}

### Bullet Jump + Scoop

> ***The Real basics movement begin right here !***

The bullet jump combined with a right click is a more than <mark style="color:violet;">practical combo</mark>, once a right click is triggered, vertical momentum is <mark style="color:violet;">stopped</mark>. This allows you to control your vertical height, giving you overall management of your <mark style="color:violet;">Warframe's position in space</mark>.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/VPfgY7e1ZPPqYdL5Qesz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Vertical control also <mark style="color:violet;">indirectly optimizes</mark> your overall speed. Being able to quickly descend and spend as little time in the <mark style="color:violet;">air</mark> as possible allows you to rapidly <mark style="color:violet;">chain</mark> another jump, roll, or even another bullet jump.

### Bullet Jump + Scoop + Roll

\
As impressive as it may look, this is nothing more than a *<mark style="color:violet;">**Bullet Jump - right click - Roll**</mark>* :

```
This is a simple <mark style="color:violet;">rollout</mark>, which allows you to cover a <mark style="color:violet;">very large distance</mark> in a very short amount of time.\
Of course, this will depend on your <mark style="color:violet;">Parkour Velocity</mark>. It is one of the fundamentals of movement.
## Cancel Slam
{% hint style="info" %}
Whether you're a beginner or a veteran, this section is made for everyone.
{% endhint %}
### Cancel Slam
Now that you've seen how to cross a room in 1 second, you need a way to <mark style="color:violet;">properly redirect yourself</mark> without running into walls.
The <mark style="color:violet;">slam cancel</mark> allows you to shed all your momentum in a single input. It is mainly used to descend <mark style="color:violet;">vertically</mark> or to take a <mark style="color:violet;">90-degree turn</mark>.
Adding a <mark style="color:violet;">roll right</mark> after the slam allows you to <mark style="color:violet;">skip</mark> the slam animation and continue moving in the <mark style="color:violet;">desired direction</mark>.
### Cancel Slam + Roll
To <mark style="color:violet;">perform</mark> a Slam Cancel + Roll, you must, at the end of the slam, <mark style="color:violet;">input a direction</mark> and <mark style="color:violet;">roll</mark> immediately. \
This will allow you to <mark style="color:violet;">readjust</mark> to a certain direction, or to pick up a <mark style="color:violet;">key</mark> from a wider range of angles. \
## Tenno vertical cancel
This <mark style="color:violet;">simple</mark> mechanic allows you to go through elevated doorways <mark style="color:violet;">without</mark> losing any speed.\
To put it simply, it transitions your movement from <mark style="color:violet;">fully vertical to fully horizontal</mark>. Fairly situational, but <mark style="color:violet;">worth knowing</mark>. It can save you in a variety of situations.
## Wall reset
The <mark style="color:violet;">wall reset</mark> allows you to <mark style="color:violet;">recover</mark> your movement actions by <mark style="color:violet;">touching</mark> a wall.\
\
Whether it's a <mark style="color:violet;">bullet jump</mark> or a <mark style="color:violet;">roll</mark>, once you perform a wall latch or aim glide against a wall, you will be able to launch a <mark style="color:violet;">new</mark> bullet jump again. \
Mastering this technique allows for <mark style="color:violet;">great fluidity</mark> in your movement. It is <mark style="color:violet;">essential</mark> to know.
<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/ibi5NsW82aNHzUvc1I9s" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
Once <mark style="color:violet;">mastered</mark>, when the situation calls for it, you will be able to move swiftly and with precision.
